Rajkumar Badole, former Social Justice Minister and NCP MLA (Ajit Pawar faction), has launched the “Khansadar Jago” campaign to raise awareness about the lack of reservation constituencies for Scheduled Castes in Maharashtra due to caste omission in the census. The movement, initiated from Nagpur’s Deekshabhoomi, calls on MPs to act before the 2027 census to implement long-delayed laws ensuring SC status for Neo-Buddhists.
