After continuous efforts by the Primary Teachers Association in Gondia, the Zilla Parishad has approved the reimplementation of Saturday morning school hours (7 to 11:30 AM) and the tradition of holding only five periods on Shravan Mondays. Additionally, a proposal to exempt teachers from non-academic BLO duties has been unanimously passed.
