Congress candidate Abhijit Vanjari overturned BJP candidate Sudhakar Kohale’s first-preference lead in the Nagpur Graduate Constituency election. Congress candidate Abhijit Vanjari has won the Nagpur Division Graduate Constituency election with 67,231 votes, defeating BJP candidate Sudhakar Kohale, who secured 63,960 votes. The result was declared after more than 41 hours of preference-based counting and transfer rounds.
Dr. Pratapsinh Vedprakash Patil of the NCP-Sharadchandra Pawar Party won the Aurangabad Division Graduate Constituency election by 18,124 votes. He secured 85,876 votes against Satish Chavan’s 67,752 after preference-based counting and transfer of votes.
